Vegan High Protein Lentil Bolognese

This hearty Vegan High Protein Lentil Bolognese delivers deep, savory richness with a satisfyingly meaty texture from the lentils, all while keeping things plant-based. The sauce builds layers of flavor—earthy tomatoes, aromatic herbs, and a subtle smokiness from charred vegetables—creating a dish that feels indulgent without relying on meat. Served over whole grain pasta, it becomes a balanced, protein-rich meal that’s as nourishing as it is comforting. A dish this flavorful and wholesome proves that plant-based cooking can be just as satisfying as the classic.
