Turkish Lamb Kebab with Bulgur Pilaf

- lamb shoulder600g
- olive oil3 tbsp
- garlic cloves3, minced
- paprika1 tsp
- cumin1 tsp
- black pepper1/2 tsp
- salt1 tsp
- onion1, grated
- bulgur200g
- tomato1, diced
- green bell pepper1, diced
- chicken broth400ml
- butter2 tbsp

In a bowl, mix lamb pieces with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt, and grated onion. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers, leaving a little space between pieces.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate. Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until nicely charred and cooked to your liking.

While the kebabs grill, prepare the bulgur pilaf: In a pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced tomato and green pepper; sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add bulgur and stir for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork.
