The 90-Cent Per Serving Lentil Curry That Made Me Stop Ordering Delivery
I was spending 80 euros a week on food delivery apps. Then I made this lentil curry and realized I had been wildly deceiving myself. One pot, pantry staples, 30 minutes — and it's richer, deeper, and more satisfying than most delivery meals I've ever had. The coconut milk makes it creamy and luxurious. My budget has never recovered in the best possible way.
