Ingredients

4servings
500g Ground beef
250g Ground pork
100g Breadcrumbs
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Egg
100ml Milk
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Allspice
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Flour
250ml Beef broth
100ml Heavy cream

Instructions

1

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, milk, salt, black pepper, and allspice. Mix until well combined.

2

Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the meatballs, cooking until browned on all sides.

3

Once browned, remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, whisk in the flour to form a roux, then slowly add beef broth and cream, stirring until smooth. Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes until cooked through and the sauce thickens.
