Spanish fig & almond balls
Hey there, foodie friends! Today I'm sharing with you my special recipe for Spanish fig & almond balls. These little treats are a delicious mix of dried fruits and nuts, guaranteed to satisfy any sweet tooth. Ingredients: - Almonds - Figs - Dried Apricots - Dried cranberries - Brandy - Clear Honey - Cloves - Sesame Seed Instructions: 1. Whizz the almonds in a food processor and mix with chopped figs, dried fruit, brandy, honey, and cloves. 2. Roll the mixture into balls and coat with sesame seeds. Now, let me tell you about the time I accidentally used salt instead of sugar in a dessert. Let's just say it wasn't my finest moment in the kitchen! Pro tip: If the mixture is too sticky to roll into balls, pop it in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up. So go ahead, whip up a batch of these Spanish fig & almond balls and enjoy a taste of sweet perfection with a touch of my kitchen mishaps!
