Shakshuka Feta Cheese

This vibrant dish layers creamy feta into a spiced tomato sauce studded with spinach and red pepper, then crowns it with softly poached eggs for a rich, tangy finish. The cumin adds earthy warmth while the shallots and garlic build depth, creating a sauce that’s both hearty and bright. With each bite, the silky eggs soak up the bold flavors, balanced by the briny crumble of feta. A simple yet unforgettable meal, it’s a weekend brunch that feels indulgent without the fuss.
