Padron peppers

Hey there foodies! Today I've got a simple yet delicious recipe for you: Padron peppers. All you need is some Olive Oil and, of course, Padron peppers. Heat up some Olive Oil in a large frying pan or in your fancy air-fryer (if you're feeling extra boujee) at 205C for 3 minutes. Now, toss in those peppers and stir them around for about 5 minutes until they're all blistered and wilted, with a nice char on them. Now, here's a little tip from me to you: be careful with these Padron peppers, folks. Most of them are mild, but every once in a while you'll bite into one that's as hot as the sun! It's like playing Russian roulette with your taste buds. Oh, and speaking of spicy surprises, one time I accidentally used chili oil instead of Olive Oil for this recipe... let's just say it was a fiery experience I won't be forgetting anytime soon! So there you have it, a taste of Spain right in your own kitchen. Enjoy those Padron peppers and remember, always expect the unexpected when it comes to cooking!
