Jamaican Banana Fritters

Golden, crisp-edged fritters packed with sweet, mashed bananas and warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg deliver a taste of the Caribbean in every bite. The exterior crackles with a delicate crunch, giving way to a tender, custard-like center that’s rich with caramelized banana flavor. A dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of honey elevates their natural sweetness, making them irresistible as a snack or dessert. Simple to make yet deeply satisfying, these fritters are worth the effort for their vibrant, sun-soaked charm.
