500g Beef chuck
1 large, chopped Onion
2 cloves, minced Garlic
2 tbsp Paprika
2, sliced Carrots
3, cubed Potatoes
1, chopped Bell pepper
2 tbsp Tomato paste
4 cups Beef broth
to taste Salt
to taste Black pepper
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 Bay leaves

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.

Add minced garlic and beef chunks, browning the meat on all sides. Stir in paprika and cook for another minute.

Add carrots, potatoes, bell pepper, tomato paste, beef broth, bay leaves, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes until the meat is tender.
