1 large Onion
3 cloves Garlic
1 Bell pepper
1 Carrot
2 medium Potato
2 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp Tomato paste
4 cups Beef broth

1 Bay leaf

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and garlic, sauté until the onions are translucent.
