500g Beef chuck
1 large Onion
3 cloves Garlic
1 Bell pepper
1 Carrot
2 medium Potato
2 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp Tomato paste
4 cups Beef broth
to taste Salt
to taste Black pepper
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 Bay leaf

Instructions

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and garlic, sauté until the onions are translucent.

Add the beef chuck pieces to the pot, browning them on all sides. Stir in the paprika, tomato paste, chopped bell pepper, carrot, and potatoes.

Pour in the beef broth, add the bay leaf, and season with salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
