Falafel Burgers
Crisp, golden falafel burgers pack the earthy warmth of garbanzo beans and fragrant spices into a handheld patty that’s as satisfying as it is flavorful. Each bite delivers a tender yet sturdy texture, with a lightly spiced interior giving way to a shatteringly crisp crust that holds up beautifully under toppings. The blend of herbs and cumin lends a bright, aromatic depth, while the creamy tahini sauce or cooling yogurt dip adds the perfect contrast. Worth making for a meatless meal that’s bold in flavor and effortlessly adaptable to any burger night.
