Dumpling Lasagna

This playful twist on lasagna layers crisp gyoza wrappers with a savory-sweet pork filling—enhanced with garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a touch of gochujang for heat—then blankets it all in melted mozzarella. The result is a dish where delicate dumpling skins meet rich, umami-packed meat, offering a satisfying contrast of textures in every bite. Beyond its bold flavors, this recipe stands out for its ease and adaptability, making it a crowd-pleaser that’s as fun to assemble as it is to devour.
