Crispy Cabbage Dumplings with Ginger Soy Dip

Crispy cabbage dumplings with a gingery soy dip deliver a satisfying crunch with every bite, thanks to well-seasoned filling tucked into delicate wrappers. The contrast between the tender cabbage and the crackling exterior makes each dumpling irresistible, while the bright, umami-rich dip cuts through the richness for balance. Worth the effort for its crowd-pleasing appeal, this dish is as rewarding to make as it is to eat.
