Creamy Mushroom Risotto with Porcini and Parmesan
Transport yourself to the rolling hills of Northern Italy with this luxurious mushroom risotto. Dried porcini mushrooms infuse the dish with an earthy, woody aroma, while fresh cremini add meaty texture. The rice is cooked slowly, absorbing a splash of white wine and warm vegetable broth until each grain is plump and creamy. A generous stir of butter and Parmesan at the end creates that signature mantecatura—smooth, velvety, and irresistible. This is comfort food at its finest, perfect for a cozy dinner yet elegant enough for guests. You'll love how the kitchen fills with the scent of mushrooms and thyme as you stir.
