Coral Lentil Balls with Tomato Sauce

Hey there, folks! Today I've got a delicious recipe for you: Coral Lentil Balls with Tomato Sauce. Trust me, it's a game-changer! So, you start by cooking those red lentils until they're nice and soft. Let them cool - don't burn your fingers like I once did (ouch!). Mix them with onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, breadcrumbs, and seasoning. Roll them into walnut-sized balls. Now, here's a tip I learned the hard way: make sure your lentil mixture isn't too wet. If it is, just add a bit more breadcrumbs to help it bind together. Next, simmer those lentil balls in a flavorful tomato sauce. The smell alone will make your mouth water, I guarantee it. And voilà! You've got yourself a plate of crispy lentil balls swimming in a rich, spiced tomato sauce. Your taste buds will thank you, and your guests will be begging for more. Enjoy, my friends!
