35g of Protein Before Noon: The Overnight Oats That Changed My Morning Routine

I used to skip breakfast or grab a sad granola bar. Then I discovered that overnight oats could hit 35 grams of protein if you build them right. This peanut butter chocolate version feels like dessert for breakfast — except you're hitting your protein goals without any effort. Make it the night before in 5 minutes, and your morning self will love your evening self.
